I just spent approximately 45 minutes comprehensively engrossed in looking at pre-forclosure properties in Malibu. When I came to I was all like…Montana? Married? What? THAT feeling. That’s how into it I was.
Then I decided to find out what exactly is the dealio on pre-foreclosures, foreclosures, auctions etc.
You can get some crazy good deals if you are 1) ballsy and b) charismatic as fuck.
Also, 420 words on my ‘novel’ this evening. stopping there for luck, brah.
